Return Policy
At Pobster.com, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges. Please read the following guidelines for our return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards and digital products are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at help.pobster@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Shipping: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship out your new item and provide a tracking number.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you if the return is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
If the item is not in its original condition or has any signs of wear, use, or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at help.pobster@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account or credit card statement again, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at help.pobster@gmail.com, and we will assist you.
